Tim Beach is in his fourth decade of crafting unforgettable moments for sports fans — a journey that started at Quinnipiac in the late '80s. Before graduating in 1990, Beach had already kicked off his career in sports event presentation by landing a full-time position with the New York Yankees. Over the last 35 years, Beach has held senior leadership positions with the New York Islanders, Anaheim Ducks and Arizona Cardinals. He has also worked more than 3,500 events, including on some of global sport's most iconic stages — multiple Super Bowls, the Olympics, FIFA World Cup, the World Cup of Hockey, and U.S. Open Tennis, to name just a few. In 2018, he was inducted into the Information Display & Entertainment Association Hall of Fame for his contributions to the industry.
Today, Beach is Director of Business Development at D3 LED, runs his own production company, continues to consult for major league sports properties and serves as the Spring Training Voice of the Los Angeles Angels.
Monica Barudin has over 15 years of experience as a content professional, primarily with Fortune 500 healthcare and retail companies. Her expertise is in the user experience (UX), marketing and editorial fields.
She holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication from Lasell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Quinnipiac University. She has a UX Certificate with an Interaction Design Specialty from Nielsen Norman Group and a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Certificate from Rutgers University.
Barudin grew up in the suburbs of New York City and currently lives in Rhode Island.
Matthew Creegan is a strategic communications professional currently leading media relations efforts for General Motors out of New York, where he helps shape the company’s narrative around innovation, workforce development and social impact. He was recognized by City & State New York on its 2025 40 Under 40 Rising Stars list for his leadership across philanthropy, politics and the private sector.
Previously, Creegan served as Head of Executive Communications for the Ford Foundation, a global social justice philanthropy based in New York, and as a Communications Advisor in the New York City Mayor's Office, focusing on housing and economic development. His earlier roles include Director of Communications for the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development and Deputy Director of Communications for the Joe Biden campaign in the battleground state of Georgia, where he helped build a broad coalition of voters for a historic win in the 2020 election. Creegan began his career as a reporter at CNBC.
He holds an MBA and two bachelor’s degrees in journalism and Spanish from Quinnipiac University. He serves on the board of the Gilmore Family Foundation, a Chicago-based nonprofit supporting rare childhood disease research and care, and on the board of Lift All Boats, a Maine-based nonprofit that connects young people from non-fishing backgrounds to careers in the lobstering and marine industries.

Stephanie Fox has spent over two decades building a dynamic career in media event planning, client partnerships, advertising, sales and marketing, working at USA Network, NBCUniversal and Paramount Global. With a major in Mass Communications and a minor in Marketing, Fox has leveraged her educational foundation to create meaningful connections across the industry.
Fox resides on Long Island with her husband, a fellow QU alumnus, and their two children. When not managing the demands of her career and family, she enjoys staying active in her community, including volunteer work with the National Charity League and connecting with fellow graduates. She credits her time at Quinnipiac University with instilling a strong work ethic, which has been instrumental to her professional and personal success.

Tamara Krikorian is a Business Consultant with extensive experience in law, business management and strategic operations. A graduate of Muhlenberg College (BA in Economics-Finance) and Widener University School of Law (JD), she began her career as a litigation attorney before spending 15 years overseeing operations for a family-run global food ingredient company. Currently, Krikorian works as a Business Operations Consultant, partnering with small business owners to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies and build sustainable systems that foster long-term growth.
Krikorian has been actively involved in higher education leadership and philanthropy at Quinnipiac University. She served for three years as Co-Chair of the Quinnipiac University Parents and Families Leadership Council, collaborating closely with university leadership on fundraising initiatives and programming to enhance the student experience. Since 2024, she has served on the Advisory Council for the Quinnipiac University School of Communications.
She resides in Short Hills, New Jersey, with her husband and their two children. Her son, Brandon Krikorian, is a graduate of Quinnipiac University’s School of Communications and currently works as a producer for SiriusXM’s Mad Dog Sports Radio.

Mercy A. Quaye writes a monthly column called Sightlines for CT Mirror and is the editor of CT Mirror's Community Editorial Board. In 2015 she founded and continues to lead The Narrative Project, a mission-driven communications consulting group providing communications support to non-profit organizations throughout the state.
Born and raised in New Haven, Quaye has an undergraduate degree in Journalism and a Master’s degree in Public Relations, Social Media and Applied Communications, both from Quinnipiac University.
