The Suites - Larson, Perlroth and Troup

Larson, Perlroth and Troup residence halls (collectively known as The Suites) are all co-ed residence halls by floor, with a total of 20 suites in each hall. The Suites were updated in 2020 with air-conditioning throughout the buildings and new furniture in the bedroom and common rooms. The Suites are in the center of the Mount Carmel Campus, close to athletic, academic and student center facilities.

  • 4 bedrooms, 2 students per bedroom
  • Rooms 1 and 4 interior facing
  • Rooms 2 and 3 exterior facing
  • Dimensions: 11’ 5” x 13’ 8”
  • Bedroom windows: 48” x 66”

Typical suites in Larson, Perlroth and Troup each include double rooms, a common area and a bathroom.

Resident undergraduate student housing contract

Sign your housing contract and pay your housing reservation fee so that you can live close to friends, close to classes, and have 24-hour support from university staff. Please review the housing contract carefully before signing as it is a legally binding agreement.
