The Hill

The Hill is a 7-building apartment group with 6 suites per building. The Hill is close to the Mount Carmel Campus and the athletic, academic and student center facilities. Apartments in The Hill offer 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. Third-floor apartments feature skylights in the kitchen area and lofted ceilings. All apartments in The Hill are air-conditioned and feature a comfortable balcony or patio ideal for get-togethers.

Hall Features:

  • 7 buildings with 6 suites in each building
  • Apartments house 6 residents in 3 bedrooms (3 doubles)
  • Laundry facilities under Hill 30s and 40s

Apartment Features:

  • Apartments have 1 bathroom with 1 shower, 2 sinks & 2 toilets
  • Full kitchen with stove & full-size fridge
  • Air-conditioned
  • Each apartment has a patio or balcony

Bedroom Features:

  • Bedrooms furnished with twin XL bed, desk, chair & wardrobe
    • Room Dimensions: 15' 10" x 11' 4"
    • Mattress Dimensions: 36" x 80" x 6" (require twin XL sheets)
  • Desk (57" x 25" x 30") has 3 drawers and 1 chair
  • Wardrobe (36" x 24" x 72")

Living Room Features:

  • Living room is carpeted & includes a table with 4 chairs
  • Students provide their own living room furniture
  • Dimensions: 14' 6" x 15' 4"
