All of your healthcare needs can be accessed securely, around the clock using Hartford HealthCare's MyChartPLUS from your computer or mobile device. The portal allows you to communicate with your doctor, access your test results, request prescription refills, manage your appointments, and access health information quickly.

Upload and Print Your Immunization Records

Students, faculty and staff should use the portal using their Quinnipiac login credentials to upload their immunization records, or to print records that are already uploaded to the portal.
