In addition to a well of internships, the School of Business offers a number of other unique opportunities outside of the classroom to put your knowledge and skills to use and help you kickstart your career. You can:
- Manage Quinnipiac’s $3 million student-run portfolio
- Underwrite small business loans with our student-managed microlending program
- Support the Quinnipiac GAME (Global Asset Management Education) Forum, the world’s largest student-run financial conference that takes place in New York City
- Participate in the Voluntary Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program
- Provide professional consulting services to Connecticut businesses, organizations and government agencies
- Develop viable business ideas in the M&T Bank Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
- Participate in global business opportunities:
- A variety of study abroad and student exchange options
- Short-term international business immersion trips in countries such as Germany, Thailand, France, the Dominican Republic and Ireland
- International internships in Australia, China, Ecuador, Italy, Japan and many other countries
- Spend a semester interning and living in Los Angeles or Washington, D.C., in our unique QU in LA and QU in DC programs
