Before we can address the most challenging neurological and health conditions of our time, we need to understand their root causes at the molecular and cellular levels. Our 4+1 dual-degree pathway enables motivated students in behavioral neuroscience (BNS) to complete a bachelor's degree and the MS in Molecular and Cell Biology in five years, pairing advanced laboratory skills with a deep understanding of behavior and the brain.
From the neural circuitry of behavior to the molecular machinery inside cells, this dual-degree pathway immerses you in cutting-edge science across multiple scales. Through a blend of rigorous coursework, hands-on research and exposure to industry trends, you’ll be equipped to translate discoveries in the lab into meaningful applications in healthcare, biotechnology and neuroscience.
