Federal Military Tuition Assistance Program

Military Benefit | Up to $4,500 | U.S. Department of Defense

We’ve partnered with the Department of Defense to make sure that active duty members of the military on our campus can benefit from the Federal Military Tuition Assistance Program.

Details

The Department of Defense (DOD) Tuition Assistance (TA) program provides financial assistance to Service members for voluntary off-duty education programs in support of professional and personal self-development goals. TA is available for courses that are offered in the classroom or by distance learning and are part of an approved and accredited academic degree or certificate program.

We’ve partnered with the Department of Defense to make sure that active duty members of the U.S. Military, Coast Guard and National Guard can benefit from the Federal Military Tuition Assistance Program. This initiative provides up to $250 per credit and as much as $4,500 in aid each fiscal year.

The first step is to visit your installation’s Education Support Office (ESO) or Command Career Counselor to develop an education plan before submitting a military Tuition Assistance request. Once accepted, we ensure the DOD tuition assistance is directed to your tuition balance. Please see your service’s link below for specific TA instructions.
