The Housing Director (THD) application is now open. In addition to managing student housing, this application manages student meal plans. Students may modify their meal plan from now until the last day of the add/drop registration period on August 30, 2024.
Learn more about how to change or update your meal plan
Please allow 24-48 hours for meal plan changes to update the student invoice. Please check your invoice approximately two days after a meal plan change.
-
If you have an owing balance, please make a payment.
-
If you are due a refund, please know that refunds are processed approximately two weeks after the start of the semester. The fastest way to get a refund is to sign up for direct deposit.
If you plan to bring a vehicle to any or our campuses, please be advised:
-
All members of our community who bring a vehicle to campus are required to review and be familiar with the Quinnipiac parking rules and regulations
-
We will open the MyParking application for permit registration over the next couple of weeks. You will receive an email announcement notifying you when you can register.
-
No permits will be issued to students who have three or more unpaid tickets on their account. Please take this opportunity to visit MyParking to review any tickets and pay fines.
-
Residential first-year students are not authorized to have or operate vehicles on campus at any time.
Again, please anticipate an email to let you know when you are permitted to register your vehicle. If you have any questions, please email parking@qu.edu. Because of the heavy volume of emails and calls we receive at this time of the year, we ask that you allow our office one week to respond to any incoming correspondence.
For more information about parking and how to apply for a permit, please visit the parking page of our website
All students are reminded to check their student account balance in Self-Service regularly.
Log into Self-Service
Outstanding balances result in financial holds and can lead to a late fee charge. A financial hold prevents students from registering for classes, adding or dropping a class, receiving final grades or transcripts and more.
Please reference the following for assistance as needed:
The Self-Service Finance Guide provides complete instructions on using Self-Service to set up a proxy, view and pay invoices and set up a payment plan.
Costs and budgets provide detailed information on tuition and fees.
The Paying for College section provides information to answer most financial aid questions.
Additional questions which are not addressed above, should be directed to One Stop at onestop@qu.edu.
