Sample/Data Collection Methods
- Surveys are managed by computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) software, which supports survey consistency and accurate telephone sample management
- Quinnipiac uses gold standard random digit dialing (RDD) telephone survey techniques
- Each phone number is scheduled for multiple call attempts across varying days and times in an attempt to include difficult-to-reach respondents
- All phone numbers, both land line and cell phone, are manually dialed to ensure TCPA compliance
- Unless otherwise specified, phone numbers are purchased from Dynata, an international leader in RDD phone sampling
- Surveys can be conducted in English and Spanish and translated by an expert in-house team
- From beginning to end, there will be quality enforcement of accurate data collection
