Timothy W Ferrarotti DHSc, PA-C is Clinical Associate Professor of Physician Assistant Studies, Director of the Graduate Physician Assistant Program and Chair of the Physician Assistant Studies Department. He is a graduate of the inaugural QUPA Class of 1996. He is a nationally-certified and state-licensed PA as well as a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Tim practiced in emergency medicine for more than twenty years, and most recently in urgent care. He has been involved in health science education for 28 years, including as an instructor of Scouts, EMTs, Paramedics, Physician Assistants, Physical Therapists, Radiology Assistants, and Medical Students. His primary interests in teaching are radiography, anatomy, electrocardiography, and the development of quality assessment methods.

Tim has published articles related to emergency medicine and has been a peer-reviewed author of PA testing and studying materials for eight years. He is the author of more than 35 self-published collections of trivia, crossword puzzles and wordsearches on a variety of topics. He has been a licensed amateur radio operator for more than forty years.
