Teaching Instructor of Criminal Justice
Diane Langlan-Wortz is a dedicated Teaching Instructor of Criminal Justice in the Department of Justice and Law at Quinnipiac University. She began teaching part time in 2012 and is now a full-time faculty member teaching in both the Criminal Justice Program and the Department of Psychology. With an academic background in forensic psychology combined with many years of work experience in the criminal justice system, Diane specializes in victimology, restorative justice, and forensic psychology. She is passionate about creating engaging, student-centered learning environments.
Diane holds a master's degree in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and brings both academic and real-world experience to the classroom. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes critical thinking, inclusivity, and the development of practical skills that prepare students for success beyond the classroom.
