How to apply

Within 48 hours of submitting an application, the student will receive an acknowledgment email that will contain instructions on how to access their status portal to see a checklist of admissions credentials required for application review. Learn more about the application process below.

Counselor Visiting Options

Counselor Tour

This student-led tour of our Mount Carmel Campus includes stops at points of interest, including academic spaces, the Arnold Bernhard Library, Carl Hansen Student Center, the Recreation and Wellness Center, and residence halls. The tour features time for Q&A throughout, and lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

On the registration form, you will also have the option to select a time to meet with an admissions counselor individually for an appointment. Appointments are approximately 30 minutes. 

There will be limited appointment availability during the peak recruitment seasons in the Fall (September-October) and the Spring (March-April). We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Counselor Appointments

We understand that you may not have time for a full campus tour while visiting Quinnipiac, so we invite you to meet with an admissions counselor to learn more. School, college, community or CBO counselor are welcome to meet individually with an admissions counselor who can answer any questions you might have about Quinnipiac and the application process. An appointment is approximately 30 minutes. 

There will be limited availability during the peak recruitment seasons in the Fall (September-October) and the Spring (March-April). We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please email admissions@qu.edu if there are no available appointment slots, but you would still like to speak with someone on the admissions team.

Please note — if you have scheduled a tour and selected to also schedule a counselor appointment, you do not need to complete this form.

Group Visits

Offered select weekdays, September - April.

We are only able to accommodate groups of high school students during the academic year (September through April). Groups containing students younger than high school may be accommodated during the summer months as space allows. 

Please allow at least two weeks notice for all group visit requests.

The maximum number of students for a group visit is 50. For every 10 students, at least one chaperone is required. Please wait to receive a confirmation e-mail before arranging travel plans.
