Undergraduate Admissions
We recognize the contributions and service you’ve provided as a member of the armed forces, and we’re honored you’ve chosen to be part of the Quinnipiac University community.
We'll set you on a course that delivers a world-class education and enables you to achieve your educational goals.
If you are applying as a military service member or veteran, we highly encourage you to apply as a transfer student so that we can adequately capture all your transferable credits from military service and training and/or prior college coursework.
If you are applying using U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) education benefits that were transferred to you by a family member, you should apply based on your current status:
We recommend applying as a transfer student if:
Transfer students may apply for either fall or spring semester admission. The admissions committee reviews transfer applications once they are complete. Completed applications for the spring term are reviewed starting in late October; applications for the fall term are reviewed beginning in February (after prior fall term grades are received). We recommend you apply earlier than the dates listed to be considered for the program of your choice.
We encourage you to use your application essay to summarize your experiences and why you would like to attend Quinnipiac.
Fall applicants: We strongly recommend you apply for transfer admission for the fall semester by April 1, but we will accept applications up to the beginning of classes. The Common Application closes in mid-July, but the Quinnipiac Application is available beyond that date. The following programs have earlier deadlines and are only open for fall semester transfer:
Spring applicants: We strongly recommend you apply for transfer admission for the spring semester by November 15, but we will accept applications through January 12.
