Semester Programs
Spend a full semester studying at an international institution. Depending on the major, students may participate as early as the spring semester of their first year. Other placements are available from sophomore year through senior year.
Engage with local communities and immerse yourself in cultural experiences to learn about different cultures. Hands-on experiences facilitate meaningful connections, transcend language barriers and foster friendships. These journeys inspire a commitment to global solidarity and sustainable development.
Integrate the knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skills development in professional settings around the globe.
The Quinnipiac University in Budapest, Hungary program provides students of all majors the chance to live, work and learn as they study abroad in a foreign nation’s capital. Located in the heart of Central Europe, Budapest is a hub for international businesses and organizations that enable our students to complete internships or engage in research as part of an unforgettable resume-building experience.
Info sessions are about one hour long and are normally held at that start of each semester. The sessions contain necessary information of where you can study, when is the best time for you to go, financial structure and important policies and procedures. They are required to attend or watch recording before applying to go abroad.
Browse available programs and find the best fit for you. Once you have narrowed down your choices, plan to meet with your academic advisor to map out your course work to stay on track to graduate. If you need help finding programs, please email study.abroad@qu.edu.
Once you find a program that is a good fit for your interests, you will need to complete the relevant application.
