We offer a growing list of study abroad experiences currently spanning 32 different countries. With semester-long programs as well as short-term faculty-led courses and service learning opportunities, students from all academic backgrounds and major areas of study can partake in and benefit from their time abroad.

All of our study abroad pathways emphasize solidarity, collaboration and engagement. Students can shape their experiences to align with their academic and career goals, ensuring that employers in every industry will recognize the high value of your international perspective and intercultural awareness.

Steps to Study Abroad

Attend an information session

Info sessions are about one hour long and are normally held at that start of each semester. The sessions contain necessary information of where you can study, when is the best time for you to go, financial structure and important policies and procedures. They are required to attend or watch recording before applying to go abroad.

Browse available programs and find the best fit for you. Once you have narrowed down your choices, plan to meet with your academic advisor to map out your course work to stay on track to graduate. If you need help finding programs, please email study.abroad@qu.edu.
