Unlock a future full of opportunities

Our physical and life sciences programs create the foundation that will launch students towards success in their desired careers. Through hands-on classes and labs, students are taught by their professors how to utilize their skills to conduct successful experiments, interpret data and present their findings to large audiences. Some students are given the opportunity to conduct independent research projects, intern at local companies and present their research findings. Prior students have showcased their work at local, regional and national meetings for organizations including the American Society of Microbiology, Society of Neuroscience and the American College of Sports Medicine.

Many students who are a part of the physical and life sciences programs earn advanced degrees after completing their undergraduate degrees. Some majors, such as the BS in Medical Microbiology and Immunology, give students the opportunity to enroll in our premedical studies program since many of their classes are considered prerequisites for medical school or other professional graduate studies in dental, physician assistant and physical therapy programs.

No matter your major, our physical and life science programs will help create the foundation for your future.
