April 01, 2025
April 01, 2025
Quinnipiac students are invited to an interactive afternoon of movement, creativity and community engagement hosted by Quinnipiac Dining. The event, taking place on the Quad from 3 to 5 p.m., promises a colorful experience filled with wellness-focused activities and opportunities to give back.
Among the highlights:
Spin and Sip
Outdoor Spin classes, led by Tami Reilly, director of fitness and wellbeing, will take place throughout the day. Participants can also enjoy Shake Smart’s shake of the month protein shots for an extra boost of energy.
Step into Color Challenge
Students are encouraged to lace up their sneakers and take a lap around the Quad. Upon reaching the Recreation and Wellness Center, participants will collect their joyful marker before racing back to the Carl Hansen Student Center, where the time will be tracked for an entry into an exciting raffle.
Eat the Rainbow
At the Eat the Rainbow station, students can meet with a campus dietitian while building their own fruit skewers and learning about how colorful foods fuel your body.
Tie-Dye Station
A tie-dye station will be available for students to showcase their creativity by designing their own tie-dye masterpiece and design one-of-a-kind pieces to take home.
Snacks for a Cause
Students can purchase snack bags to stay energized while contributing to a meaningful cause. With every fuel bag purchase, proceeds will go toward children’s books, coloring books and crayons to a local elementary school. Additionally, students can donate these items without the purchase of a snack bag.
This day-long series of events is an opportunity to get active, enjoy delicious food and give back to the community while embracing a vibrant and colorful experience to the day.
