3 new buildings taking shape as part of South Quad project

The South Quad development of Quinnipiac's Mount Carmel Campus is taking shape — with the residence hall, general academic building and new School of Business rising to new heights. Here's a look at the state of the construction as we prepare for the start of the new academic year.

A beam signed by members of the university community has also been placed into the core of the building.

The new residence hall is on track to open at the start of the 2024-25 academic year, with the two academic buildings set to open by the end of the year.
