University community encouraged to work up a sweat during July bootcamp

Starting July 1, the free virtual fitness bootcamp will be available for all Quinnipiac students, faculty and staff. The bootcamp includes 31 days of fitness classes recorded and taught by Quinnipiac students with a new video published daily throughout the month. This program is designed to keep the community moving each day with a balanced approach to training.
The schedule is as followed:
July 1: HIIT - 50 minutes
July 2: Yoga - 60 minutes
July 3: Barre - 45 minutes
July 4: Arms and Abs - 45 minutes
July 5: EMOM - 30 minutes
July 6: Bootcamp - 50 minutes
July 7: Yoga - 60 minutes
July 8: Barre - 45 minutes
July 9: Cardio - 50 minutes
July 10: Upper body - 45 minutes
July 11: HIIT - 50 minutes
July 12: Yoga - 60 minutes
July 13: EMOM - 30 minutes
July 14: Bootcamp - 50 minutes
July 15: Arms and Abs - 45 minutes
July 16: Barre - 45 minutes
July 17: Yoga - 60 minutes
July 18: Bootcamp - 50 minutes
July 19: Cardio - 50 minutes
July 20: Pure Strength - 50 minutes
July 21: Yoga - 60 minutes

July 23: EMOM - 30 minutes
July 24: Barre - 45 minutes
July 25: Upper Body and Abs - 45 minutes
July 26: Yoga - 60 minutes
July 27: Bootcamp - 50 minutes
July 28: Cardio - 50 minutes
July 29: Abs - 30 minutes
July 30: HIIT - 50 minutes
July 31: Yoga - 60 minutes
All classes are recorded on Zoom so you can use the links for the full year whenever it is convenient for members of the university community.
