Exemplifying selfless leadership, Isabella Giordano, ’25, DPT ’28, inspires her chapter and others through truth, dedication, and friendship.

As the Tri Delta Collegiate chapter president, Giordano is no stranger to upholding organizational values and leading community efforts. A leader at heart, she has embraced her journey as president, refining her skills to guide her chapter to new heights.

“In high school, while I held leadership positions, I realized I was more of a passive leader, simply following what my team did,” said Giordano. “However, at Quinnipiac, I have found my niche, my voice and a supportive community that has made me feel comfortable and empowered to lead my chapter to success.”

One of Giordano’s most memorable moments in Tri Delta was leading this year’s chapter recruitment through summer and primary recruitment, bringing in the largest pledge class in three years.

“It was one of the first times in my position that I truly saw hard work pay off. Through the recruitment process, we doubled our chapter’s size and have continued to grow throughout the school year,” she said.

Giordano continues to demonstrate Panhellenic excellence beyond Tri Delta.

She is a member of the Order of Omega, Gamma Sigma Alpha and Rho Lambda, national honor societies that recognize leadership, service and academic achievements within the Fraternity and Sorority Life community.

Her impact also extends outside her sorority leadership. As a captain of the Quinnipiac Kickline and a facility attendant at the Recreation and Wellness Center, Giordano fosters an atmosphere of positivity, safety and inclusivity.

“Being a student at Quinnipiac, I have found that immersing myself in the community has been the most rewarding aspect of my college experience,” said Giordano.

Through her coursework and hands-on experience, Giordano has developed a key set of skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively in groups and apply patient care strategies.

These experiences, combined with her extracurricular involvement, have shaped her into a well-rounded professional ready to contribute to the health sciences workforce.

“Looking back on my undergraduate journey, I can wholeheartedly say that I have accomplished everything I set out to do — and more,” said Giordano. “I have truly lived the college experience I once dreamed of. Through all my endeavors, I have witnessed firsthand how hard work pays off in ways I never imagined, making this journey incredibly fulfilling.”

After graduation in May, Giordano is excited for the next step of her education — starting the doctor of physical therapy program at Quinnipiac.
